"processing 2023"

2023 was one of the most difficult years of my life! as we enter into 2024, and i enter into my 27th year, i’ve spent much of the beginning of this year trying to process all of the emotions and baggage that 2023 held for me. there are lots of uses of purples, blues, and reds because i felt a lot of anger, sadness, grief, and at more points during the last year than any other. but some others feature little glimpses of white, yellow, and bright colors that represent the small little moments of hope i would feel that would help me keep going. in some pair, the shape is the hopeful part. the making of these was a very therapeutic process for these. i hope you enjoy, and here’s to 2024 and all it has for you and me to come.
